Step One

Buy a qualifying Sony Xperia smartphone from a participating retailer on selected dates to be eligible to receive a free Sony gift.

Step Two

After making your qualifying purchase, submit your claim within the redemption dates outlined in the promotional T&Cs. Once submitted, you’ll receive an email confirmation from us with your unique Claim ID.

Step Three

We’ll let you know within 21 - 45 working days (depending on retailer) whether your claim has been approved. You can check its progress anytime using Track My Claim.

Step Four

Once your claim is approved, you’ll receive your free Sony gift within 28 - 45 working days (depending on retailer). Your gift will be sent directly to the address you provided when submitting your claim. All you need to do is wait!*

*Note that in some instances and depending on the size of the gift, we may contact you directly to organise a delivery date that suits you.
